Epic Goal

• Remove Single/OwnNamespace support feature gate
• User intent communicated through the ClusterExtension API

Why is this important?

• Increases v1 existing catalog content support

Scenarios

1. User installs operator that watches a single namespace
2. User installs operator that watches its own namespace

Acceptance Criteria

• CI - MUST be running successfully with tests automated
• Release Technical Enablement - Provide necessary release enablement details and documents.
• Feature Gate removed
• Enhancement proposal accepted
