As a cluster-admin who delegates ClusterExtension installation to another person, I would like to be able to specify only the minimum amount of configuration necessary (e.g. tokens, passwords, api keys, etc.) for the installation of the bundle and leave the rest of the configuration open for the delegate to inline, in order to allow me to focus on higher value tasks.

      A/C:

       - ClusterExtension's .spec.Config API updates to accept multiple configuration types (inline, secret, etc.)
       - The final configuration is calculate in order with newer configurations overwriting older ones
       - unit tests added + old ones updated if necessary
       - e2e test updated
