We need to understand how a ClusterExtension could be removed without causing a deletion of the underlying resources under Boxcutter.

We should probably move this ticked into an Epic under the linked strat. It is not strictly required for TPNU.

Note that updating the Boxcutter openshift/api enhancement should be part of the acceptance criteria for that epic
