      Why is this important?

      • increases the coverage of supported content in v1
      • add support for upgrades that involve conversion webhooks

      Scenarios

      1. OLMv1 must be able to install bundles whose ClusterServiceVersion contains webhook definitions by creating the appropriate resources.
      2. OLMv1 must remove webhook related resources upon Operator deletion
      3. Webhook services must be secured with TLS
      4. TLS certificates should be automatically managed and rotated
