OLMv1 only supports a single global pull secret. However, service accounts may also be configured with pull secrets. In fact this is how access to the OCP ImageRegistry is supported. 

Add support for watching the pod's service account and the imagePullSecrets associated with it. Combine those secrets along with the global pull secret into a single configuration to pull images.

Note: pull secrets are processed in order, with later pull secrets able to overwrite earlier entries:
