When we removed the unused scaffold for Prometheus, we identified that existing guidance on metrics consumption was misleading. Specifically:

• It did not include TLS checks and certificate usage.
• There is no clear documentation on how to properly consume the metrics.

As a result, a need was raised to create a document under docs/draft that provides clear instructions on how to consume the metrics correctly.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Create a new guidance document under docs/draft covering metrics consumption.
• Ensure the document includes details on using TLS checks and certificates.

Additional Notes:

• Consider adding examples for proper metrics consumption.
