Description:

We need to adjust our downstream processes and syncing mechanism to allow QE to perform pre-test merges and approve changes before they are merged into OCP. This involves defining and implementing the necessary workflows and ensuring alignment with downstream requirements.

Objectives:

• Define the sync period between upstream and downstream. (Currently, this occurs daily. Should we consider changing it to a weekly schedule?)
• Adjust the sync mechanism to occur only during the defined period.
• Ensure /hold labels are automatically applied
• Confirm the updated process aligns with downstream requirements.
