Arbok OLM Sprint 261
To add the ClusterCatalog resources that should be shipped with OpenShift by default to OpenShift’s downstream fork of catalogd, we will add the new ClusterCatalog resources to the OpenShift Kustomize overlay.
This will result in the default ClusterCatalog resources being included in the set of manifests generated by running the generate-manifests.sh script. These manifests will then be built into the OCI image, managed by ART, that is used to populate the /operand-assets directory, that cluster-olm-operator uses, via an init container.
For more information on what the default ClusterCatalogs should look like for the 4 Red Hat provided catalogs, see the RFC here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/18ejkTv7GDPy8qx2WnNcFQbXIORef2sbdebXx7KNgozw/edit#heading=h.vit7lnsa2lug
