v1 console team needs for catalog interactions:

catalogd interface supports compression via gzip encoding, and expresses responses in JSONlines-compliant format.
this was performed upstream already and just needs to have the component bumps to downstream it
bundle metadata expressed as `olm.csv.metadata` in OCP4.17+ catalogs
this should already be present due to negotiations between clouddst and olm teams to adopt upstream opm v1.44.0 in OCP4.17+ catalogs (which express all `opm migrations` bundle metadata in terms of `olm.csv.metadata`).
