As a consumer of the PackageManifest API, when an Operator inside the PackageManifest is deprecated, I would like "deprecation" fields filled out at each relevant level (package, channel, bundle) with the deprecation messages retrieved from the registry v1 API.

Acceptance Criteria:

• PackageManifest is updated with deprecation fields for each level of deprecation (package, channel, bundle)
• Deprecation fields are optional
• PackageManifest "deprecation" status fields are populated at each level with deprecation messages when an Operator from the registry is deprecated.
• Consumers of PackageManifest API (i.e. Console team) are well-informed of the change
• Docs are updated
• Tests are written
