Background

Before going into #OLM-2883, it is important to understand how we currently release upstream products. The goal of this ticket is to allow our developers to review and form opinions on the positives and negatives associated with our upstream releases.

Acceptance Criteria

• The release processes for OLM, operator-framework/api, kubectl-operator, rukpak, and the SDK are reviewed.
• A document outlining the pros and cons of each is generated.
• A meeting is scheduled to discuss the document created in the previous bullet point.
