Background: The operator controller will need to communicate the state of an Operator CR after reconciling it. The operator CR status should communicate when the controller successfully reconciled the CR or any errors it might have encountered. Errors when reconciling a CR need to be surfaced to users in a generic way. Some errors that should be considered include:

• The absence of an error (success)
• Operator CR Get request errors
• Deppy Resolution errors
• Operator CR Update request errors
• etc...

Acceptance Criteria:

• A GitHub issue is created detailing the proposed status structure.
• Consensus (no objections) is reached on the design.
• The GitHub issue referenced above is linked in this ticket.
