User Story:

• As a Deppy User, I would like to take advantage of the framework by importing the library.

Background:

• Deppy is in the progress of being written as a library importable by other projects as opposed to a standalone service.
• Some of the code needs to be exported so it may be used by other projects.

Acceptance Criteria:

• The Deppy project can be imported by another project and used to check if a set of constraints can be satisfied by a set of entities.
