Goals:

• Remove operator scaffolding from the Deppy project.

Background:

• The Deppy project was originally initiated as an operator created via kubebuilder.
• The Deppy project has since been re-imagined as a framework that will introduce a library used by other projects.
• There is quite a bit of scaffolding leftover from the operator days.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Any code introduced by Kubebuilder that is not in use is removed from the repository.
