User Story:

• As a user of the Operator Controller, I would like to be able to specify the packageName of an operator that I wish to install.

Background:

• The OLM team is planning to introduce the minimum number of fields that allows the Operator Controller to install an operator.

Acceptance Criteria:

• The Operator CRD is updated to include a spec.PackageName field.
