As a Deppy developer I want to be able to easily end to end test my code so that I can ensure it's working properly and that it is able to be integrated with Platform Operators.

Summary / Background

This will allow us to locally test Deppy as we develop it without impacting the PO team instead of waiting until everything is done to start integration.
