Summary / Background

We need a way to specify entities to Deppy, where entities are defined as packages and associated metadata that need to be resolved over.

Acceptance Criteria

• Design documentation (possibly outlined in the draft EP for Deppy Phase 0) describing the architecture of the entity API
• POCs of what the API will look like
• Review with relevant parties (Joe, Ben P., etc.)

Upstream Issue

• Needs to be created.
