    Description

      Cut a new release of the OLM API and update OLM API dependency version (go.mod) in OLM package; then
      Bring the upstream changes from OLM-2674 to the downstream olm repo.

      A/C:

       - New OLM API version release
       - OLM API dependency updated in OLM Project
       - OLM Subscription API changes  downstreamed
       - OLM Controller changes  downstreamed
       - Changes manually tested on Cluster Bot
