The downstream OLM repository is still on ginkgo v1, but upstream OLM has updated the ginkgo dependency to v2. As more upstream tests are added that rely on v2, the gap between upstream and downstream tests will grow. The downstream repository should update its ginkgo dependency to v2.

May require upgrading upstream oeprator-framework/operator-registry to ginkgo v2 as well.

• Ginkgo test dependency upgraded to v2 in openshift/operator-framework-olm (master branch only)
