Story: As a OLM user I would like to leverage the Subscription API to customize the annotations that get applied to the operator's controller pods in order to support other cluster extensions that drive their configuration of annotations like multus networking.

Acceptance criteria:

• users can apply arbitrary annotations in the config specification of a Subscription
• the supplied annotations are applied to all Deployments created as part of the bundle that gets installed
