User Story:

Pipelines internal to Red hat are being onboarded to FBC through a migration plan. Customers of OLM that build catalogs should have access to a document that outlines a plan for migrating their existing sqllite backed catalogs to FBC, once they receive the deprecation notice for the existing imperative commands.
