Provide an interface in which the user can provide the CIDR to be used for the nodes and VIPs. If this CIDR is provided, the VIPs should be optional (or not give a choice and make them be just the first addresses).

Currently the installer has the machineCIDR which contains the node addresses, so it could be that we just need to allow the users to enable "owning" that range with some setting or custom resource.
