Under the current functionality, it is supported to use MetalLB to provide a secondary virtual IP to access the API and ingress on a different IP address. However, this is not in our official documentation, and creates confusion with the support team.

Please note that this does not replace the virtual IPs created with an IPI installation. It can only be applied after deployment of the cluster, and a VIP using keepalived is still required.
