Currently all of our CI jobs on kubernetes-nmstate are ipv4. We recently discovered that there are issues running kubernetes-nmstate on a single-stack ipv6 cluster, so we need to fix those and add CI for it so we don't regress.

We probably just want to switch the OVN job to ipv6 since the SDN job will have to be ipv4. However, for that to be useful we need to stabilize the OVN job first. As a result this has a dependency on that story.
