On-prem IPI log collection gaps

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
Find ways to improve logging for the on-prem IPI networking services.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
We know there are some things we frequently have to ask for while debugging problems in on-prem platforms. To ease the process it would be nice if we could get these logs included in must-gather automatically so we don't have to ask for them each time. This would save both developer and customer time.

4. List any affected packages or components.

Some progress has been made on this already. The completed items are:

• Network detail collection in the installer log collection script.
• Collection of service configs (Corefile, keepalived.conf, etc.)
