The NMState UI team very much wants to get it into the product for 4.13. This is not a high priority for our team so I'm trying not to spend too much time on it, but as the owners of the downstream repo we need to have some involvement. It's also likely we are going to be involved in discussions with ART (or others) when adding the new component to OpenShift.
