In order to allow specification of more than one VIP so we can have both ipv4 and ipv6 VIPs, we need to change the install-config interface. Currently the VIP fields are single strings which do not have any capacity to allow multiple values. The specific changes will be worked out in the enhancement for this epic. Besides the install-config changes, there will need to be modifications to the validations run on install-config to ensure that whatever new fields we add are consistent with each other and/or the existing VIP fields.
