Consider setting -XX:MaxRAMPercentage to a higher default

The default MaxRAMPercentage setting for Hotspot is 25% for historical reasons. In a container environment it might make sense to set it to a higher default as the expectation would be that it's the only or almost always the only process running (as opposed to multi-process systems like desktops).
