Investigate the feasibility of providing separate builder and runtime OpenJDK container images.

What would be the required packages within the runtime set, can we do without the -devel package and its dependencies? Do we need maven?

How much of the s2i glue scripts would need to go into the runtime image and what are the implications of that (i.e. functionality and dependencies for the s2i run script)

 Ideally:

• Base image UBI8-minimal (We should explore for the future the UBI8-nano which is unsupported for now)
• Java 8 and 11 versions.
• JRE and JDK flavors available.
• Completely clutter-free in terms of frameworks, build tools etc.
• Fully supported by Red Hat.
