With JEP 519 compact object headers have been made a non-experimental product option.

-XX:+UseCompactObjectHeaders

Since this is likely helpful for RSS of the JVM we should enable the option by default and have a knob to turn if off.

Some investigation in terms of RSS is needed, but I don't see why we shouldn't turn it on in containers.
