The TLS certificate on registry-proxy.engineering.redhat.com was changed on 2025-07-08, but the test environment didn't accept the new certificates immediately after the 2025-07 CPU.

As a quick & dirty workaround we fished the problem with https://github.com/rh-openjdk/jdkContainerOsTests/commit/d665d51ab562f9dc8889bff1802a49b70fe34d65, i.e., adding a `tls-verify=false` on the podmand pull command line.

This must be reverted once the new certificates are accepted in the test environments.
