Often, the list of new fixes reported by openjdk_news.sh contains upgrades to the libraries bundled with the JDK. It is important to transfer this information to the 'Provides: bundled` statements within the RPM, which are used by Product Security to track vulnerabilities.

We should incorporate work down by Thomas Fitzsimmons and Antonio Vieiro to improve the tracking of this information across all JDKs and git branches:
