The debuginfo processing in the RHEL 8 RPMs stumbles over the DWARF 5 debuginfo produced by the devkit-based build. DWARF 5 is the default from gcc 11 on: https://gcc.gnu.org/gcc-11/changes.html

Older toolchains (e.g. RHEL 7) are likely to have even more problems. We should force DWARF 4 debuginfo with -gdwarf-4.
