The 2nd paragraph only mentions FIPS 140-2 and not 140-3:

This is causing confusion with customers. 

Should we simply say "FIPS 140"?
"Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) brings an integrated framework to enable FIPS 140 compliance system-wide. "

Or, add 140-3?

"Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) brings an integrated framework to enable FIPS 140-2 and FIPS 140-3 compliance system-wide."
