RedHat OpenJDK 11.0.24 and 11.0.25 registry keys version incorrect in msi x64

      Hi,

      Since version 11.0.24 RedHat OpenJDK msi x64 installer contains incorrect registry keys with versions.

      Keys are starting with .0 but not 11.0

      Applications could not find the JDK path in the registry.
