The titles of the second and third chapters of the Configuring Red Hat build of OpenJDK 21 on RHEL with FIPS guide have the product name and release hard-coded as OpenJDK 17. Instead, they should use {ProductName}{nbsp}{ProductRelease}.

This way, when rendered, OpenJDK 17 will be replaced by Red Hat build of OpenJDK 21.
