Some of the path finding logic in the existing run scripts we need to re-use in another context for the jlink-dev work. to achieve this we refactored that code into a separate pathfinder module. please raise a PR against the main ubi9 branch that introduces this module without the remaining jlink bits so we can test and merge that ahead of the jlink-dev branch.
