We need every object in the combined OpenShift template to have a cluster or namespace-unique name: i.e., intermediate will clash if the user attempts to instantiate two different templates/applications in the same namespace.

To achieve this, we could add a template parameter (appname?) which is interpolated into all these object names. The format may need to be controlled so it is valid for use in the object names (whatever those rule names are)
