      We should provide an OpenShift template which encapsulates the OpenShift objects created by an S2I build (i.e. those created by oc new-app)  as the entry point for using the Jlink feature. It should consume the builder+jmods ImageStream from phase 1, and output an intermediate ImageStream builder+jmods+app+jlinked jvm for phase 3.
