Some of our image build paths (OSBS) create a container label "version" populated with data from (I think) our ENV var definition "version". Recently I wrote a behave test for this value, and for the value of hte "name" label, but they are not populated by cekit, so local and GHA-based builds fail the test.

Move to setting the value of those labels via cekit for consistency.

Note that this also guarantees we shadow the values inherited from the base image.
