      MAVEN_REPOS=testrepo
testrepo_MAVEN_REPO_URL=http://repo.example.com:8080/maven2/

      results in

      WARN Variable "testrepo_MAVEN_REPO_URL" not set. Skipping maven repo setup for the prefix "testrepo_MAVEN".

      but this works

      MAVEN_REPOS=TESTREPO
TESTREPO_MAVEN_REPO_URL=http://repo.example.com:8080/maven2/
