We want to copy the stripped-JDK + Application JAR into a runtime image that is as small as possible, such as the ubi-micro image, but we will need extra bits to support the S2I runtime workflow.

OPENJDK-1956 can serve as preliminary work to determine exactly what is required (although ultimately the OpenJDK runtime images are not suitable for this, since they contain all the JDK modules)
