MAVEN_S2I_ARTIFACT_DIRS delimiter is under-documented

      MAVEN_S2I_ARTIFACT_DIRS controls which directories (relative to the S2I build root) are scanned for artifacts to copy into the resulting image.

      It's a comma-delimited value, but we don't document that in the environment variable description. (the default is one value, "target").

      It's also not clear what are permitted characters in the values supplied: presuming commas are not permitted, spaces perhaps are, are there escape characters? etc.
