Once we have https://github.com/openshift/ansible-operator-plugins meeting the requirements to be managed by prow, we need to add new entries to the openshift/release repository for it and remove any ansible related logic from the existing ocp-release-operator-sdk configs for the appropriate OpenShift versions

*Acceptance Criteria*

• New openshift/release entries are created for https://github.com/openshift/ansible-operator-plugins
• Old openshift/release entries for https://github.com/openshift/ocp-release-operator-sdk are updated to remove ansible specific logic for versions of OpenShift where the ansible logic resides in https://github.com/openshift/ansible-operator-plugins
