Once the https://github.com/openshift/ansible-operator-plugins has been updated and we are ready to switch the building of the openshift-enterprise-ansible-operator image to it we will need to make changes to https://github.com/openshift-eng/ocp-build-data/blob/openshift-4.16/images/openshift-enterprise-ansible-operator.yml in the appropriate branches to point to the new repository.

• https://github.com/openshift-eng/ocp-build-data/blob/openshift-4.16/images/openshift-enterprise-ansible-operator.yml Is updated in the appropriate branches to point to the new repository and dockerfile

• A successful build from ART has happened
