Description
Once the new external ansible operator plugin has been downstreamed we need to remove the existing ansible operator plugin code in the openshift/ocp-release-operator-sdk repository to prevent confusion and duplication of maintenance effort.

Acceptance Criteria

• All ansible operator related code is removed from the openshift/ocp-release-operator-sdk repository
