As part of https://docs.google.com/document/d/1fixvZl0yr0iwIw9m5Mo-zQuh5yE5lQIjBzBpo2dtfQg/ we postulated that stonesoup will ingest and rely on two principles:

1. cloning an operator authors FBC graph repo
2. a devfile + dockerfile to process the repo

Instead of pushing those new configuration files to authors as additional content they have to maintain, a composite template can generate these additional files, so that there is no additional burden on the authors.

This story is for creation of new flags for `opm alpha render-template composite` which will enable an author to prepare their repo for processing by stonesoup by generating these files.
