The API endpoint for setting metrics should be updated to support all prometheus metrics types. The Ansible module should be updated to do the same.

Acceptance Criteria:

• The following metric types should be supported by both the endpoint and the module: Counter, Guage, Histogram, Summary
• Molecule tests that test creating and updating metrics should be present
• Considered done if the work is done but not merged; ask security questions
