The helm-operator-plugins library code forked off an earlier version of operator-sdk. Since then there have been changes accepted in operator-sdk that are absent in helm-operator-plugins.

We need to sync the code between the two repositories to ensure that we have all relevant bugfixes/features from the operator-sdk. This will allow us to move the helm-operator plugin entirely out of the SDK and into helm-operator-plugins
