For those interested in using library-go to write an operator, a library-go Go plugin should exist that initializes and creates apis/webhooks for an operator project. This plugin should have feature parity with go/v3, and should use the kustomize/v1 library as a configuration base. The name could be something like go-openshift and live in the library-go repo as a phase 2 (out-of-tree) plugin.
